H0 = one learner through Chinese speaking practice; H1 = same-level class + shared classroom set; H2 = ≤14-day extra speaking tasks + automatic weak-card review.
These are help / sales tiers, not App SKU buttons. Shared pipe: Best practices overview.
Honesty: the HSK written test has no speaking part; the oral exam is HSKK. You sell level-based speaking practice, not an official HSKK score, and passing is not guaranteed.

H0: start (click path)
Steps 1–3
Open Teaching → Add learner → Allocate practice time.
Step 4 · AI plan for HSK
- Teaching → Plans → AI plan.
- Plan type: Exam prep; Exam: HSK (choose Another exam… if the learner has no target exam yet).
- HSK target level (
HSK 1…HSK 6). Trial: a level close to the learner’s current ability. - Exam date optional for H0.
- Focus: prefer read aloud. Other options: retell, picture narration, Q&A.
- The learner needs HSK materials for this level. If missing, get or buy them for the learner in the store.
- Save to Not started → Start → Active. Practice language locks to Chinese.
Exam prep plans have no speaking steps: each day the learner practises this level’s vocabulary, listening, and speaking items under Learn → Today.
The focus-part names follow the HSKK oral exam’s structure as a product grouping; they are not official exam sections.
Step 5 · Practice page settings
Practice page display → simplified chrome → exam one-tap HSK.
Steps 6–7
Optional: one speaking task — Task type = Exam practice, exam HSK with the target level, What to practise = read aloud. The learner practises it under Learn → Practice tasks. Check completion in practice summaries.
H0 checklist
- Learner can sign in with minutes
- Active HSK Exam prep plan (or published task)
- Teacher can see ≥1 completed practice
H1 / H2
H1 (class)
- AI plan → under Who is this plan for, tick several same-level learners → each gets their own plan with the same HSK target level (never one shared plan); Start each one.
- Set exam date and focus (read aloud / retell; add picture narration / Q&A for higher levels).
- Teaching → Space settings → Same classroom material at the bottom of Privacy & interaction: tick Lock same material → board HSK → set Shadow pack index (from 0) and a theme card → Save material lock.
- The lock is saved on this device only—good for a shared classroom tablet or computer. Learners signing in on their own phones are not affected.
- After class, scan Plan follow-up / Speaking tasks for missed practice.
Materials are the built-in Chinese practice library (shadow packs and theme cards). They are not tagged by HSK level—pick cards that fit the class. Not official past papers or vocabulary-list uploads.
H2 (sprint)
- Exam date within 14 days → the App warns when the plan is made. Exam prep plans have no speaking steps, so extra practice before the exam comes from speaking tasks: under What to practise pick read aloud / retell / picture narration / Q&A for the weak part, about one every 2–3 days. HSK has no interview round, so there is no mock interview.
- Weak-card review (automatic): a theme card scored under 70 comes back first in the same scenario after about 1.5 days; 75 or more clears it. It is stored on the device the learner practises on and needs no teacher confirmation.
- Plan follow-up → Start next plan (with insight) keeps the HSK target level and sets this period’s weak part as the focus. To change level, make a new plan.
- No pass guarantee; no huge official mock bank.
