Open Space → Plans: the Plans overview numbers are at the top and the plan tabs are below. What you see depends on your role.
Where it is
Space → Plans. You can also open it from Today’s step on Home. Learn shows today’s work and progress; it is not where plans are made.
Plans overview (numbers)

When a parent or teacher switches member (me / child / learner), the numbers switch to that member’s plans.

If a child or learner opens a link with ?tab=draft, it goes back to Active.

Why children and learners do not see Not started: a plan only runs after a parent or teacher taps Start. Children and learners only see plans that are already running and theirs to practise.
Steps: a parent or teacher makes a plan for a member
- Make an AI plan for the child or learner. When saved, it is under that member’s Not started.
- Tap Start. The plan moves to Active.
- When the child or learner signs in, the plan shows under Active and in Today’s step on Home.
A child or learner with no plan sees “Plans assigned by a parent or teacher will appear here.”
