Everyone has Spaces in the bottom bar. Personal, Family, and Teaching all use it. For what Space is for, see What Space is.

Plan follow-up is a sub-page that shows progress. Plan follow-up intensity is a space setting that only decides how detailed the hints are; it does not make a plan run by itself. Members can change their own intensity.
Switch spaces with Me / Family / Teaching at the top (see Switch spaces). Inside a page you can filter by member; there is no “all spaces” total. Points are shared per account and do not follow the space filter.
Speaking tasks: Not started vs Completed
- Open Space → Speaking tasks.
- Filter All / Not started / Completed (as shown on screen).
- Not started: open it and practise the task.
- Completed: open that session’s record detail.
Children and learners can also tap Practice under Learn → Practice tasks. Overview: Speaking tasks.
Activity shows completed practice only
- Activity lists entries after practice is finished, so parents and teachers can see at a glance who practised.
- Newly assigned tasks do not appear in Activity; assignment reminders usually come through Notifications and messages.
- Tap an Activity item to open the matching Progress detail.
Assigning still lives in Family / Teaching
Assigning speaking tasks is part of managing members:
- Parents: Family: assign speaking tasks
- Teachers: Assign tasks and plans

- No Plan bottom tab: plans are in Space for everyone.
- Activity is empty: no completed practice yet; finish one speaking session or task first.
