In "My → Account" you can manage the email used for login: add, verify, set primary email, etc. The main account uses email (or a third party) to log in; children/students still use child/student accounts and do not share email passwords.
Operation points
- Open "My → Account".
- Follow the prompts to add your email address and complete verification (check the verification email).
- Set up a primary email address if necessary, and confirm that emails can still be received in that email address.
Security Advice
- Do not tell your children the master account password; children use separate child accounts.
- Before changing your primary email address, make sure that both the old and new email addresses have completed the verification process.
- Remember to log out after logging in to a public device.

- Failed to receive verification letter: Check the trash can and blocking rules; try again later; if still not working, please "Contact Us" on the official website.
- Member account and email are confused: The child/student account is not an email. It is generated by the system and is not an email. See Registration and Login.
- Third-party login and email coexist: Subject to the App account page display, read the prompts before binding or unbinding.
