A child account or learner account lets a child or learner sign in and practise on their own without a real email address. When a parent or teacher adds them in a space, the App creates an account and a PIN (at least 4 characters; follow the App’s hint).

Family is for children and Teaching is for learners—don’t mix them. See Child accounts and Learner accounts.
How to sign in
- Open the web App (not LINE).
- On the sign-in page, choose Learner or child (not the email / Google / LINE side).
- Enter the account + PIN your parent or teacher gave you.
Child and learner accounts can’t sign in with LINE. Don’t try a Google or email password either.

Parents and teachers keep using their own main account to manage the space, allocate minutes, and use proxy view. That is a separate session from the child’s or learner’s.
