Child account and student account

Account + password login; the difference from the main account and LINE.

Child Account and Student Account allow children/students to log in and practice independently without binding a real email address**. After parents or teachers add members to the corresponding space, the system will provide an account and password (at least 4 digits, subject to App prompts).

How to separate the two accounts?

| Child Account | Student Account | |---|----------|----------| | Who added | Parents in family space | Teachers in teaching space | | Who logs in | The child himself | The student himself | | Typical scenes | Parent-child training, monitoring progress | Assigning tasks, reading summaries before class |

Family management of children and teaching management of students, do not mix them; see Child Account and Student Account for details.

How to log in

  1. Open Web App (not LINE).
  2. Select "Students or Children" on the login page (not the email/Google/LINE side).
  3. Enter the account number + password sent to you by your parents or teachers.

Child/student accounts cannot log in with LINE, and do not try to use Google or email passwords.

Difference from main account

| Personal master account | Child/student account | |---|------------|-----------------| | Login method | Email / Google / LINE | Account + Password | | Activate family/teaching | Yes | No | | Purchase points/change bill | Yes (main account) | No | | Practice and Recording | Yes | Yes (Own) |

Parents/teachers still use their own main account to manage space, allocate minutes, and monitor progress on their behalf, and are not in the same session as their children/students.

if…

  • Unable to log in: Make sure you have selected the correct "student or child", the account number and password are correct, and the password length meets the prompts. See Login and Account FAQ.
  • Forgot Password: Reset by parents or teachers in the corresponding space (subject to the App interface).
  • I am a parent and want to practice too: Please log in with your own main account and do not share child accounts.
