First check remaining minutes on Usage.
Then filter the Usage ledger by member / date.
Payment, invoice, and outstanding issues go to Billing.
Notes
Payment and invoice flows follow in-App guidance.
Legal and policy text lives on the website billing pages; Help does not replace legal documents.
If…
Ledger doesn’t match: Check time zone and member filters; export or screenshot, then contact support.
Can’t find invoice / outstanding: Open Billing (not Usage); confirm payment succeeded and filter by date.
Minutes dropped suddenly: check Family / Teaching allocations or practice on another device. See Minutes pool and top-ups.
The ledger shows “AI scoring”: you chose AI scoring when ending material practice from Learn; it is charged by the number of scored items. A failed scoring that was refunded shows as an AI scoring refund. See AI scoring.
