Are Family / Teaching another membership? No. They are spaces under the same account for allocating practice minutes to kids / learners. Subscription lives only under Me. See One account: Me · Family · Teaching.
What’s the difference between points and benefits? Points include subscription points (current cycle, no rollover) and add-on packs (permanent). Benefits are platform-only, about 3 days, and not allocatable. Practice deducts expiring benefits first. See Points and benefits.
Are add-on packs the same as benefits? No. Add-on packs are paid in Purchase center; benefits cannot be bought. See Buying add-on packs.
What if minutes run out? Subscribe to / renew the Personal plan, buy an add-on pack, earn benefits via check-in / invite, or have a parent / teacher allocate from the pool. See How to get practice minutes. After depletion, some AI features may be limited—follow the in-app prompts.
